HOYA SQ100 Clear Mist 1/4 100 mm Square Filter

HOYA Clear Mist filters are compatible with SQ100 filter-holder system and major filter-holder system using 100x100mm filters with 2mm thickness, such as COKIN NX-Series. Using Clear Mist filters will create a cinematic rendering to your pictures and video, smoothening objects, textures and skins, while diffusing light sources. Clear Mist can be used in many photographic fields such as landscape or portrait to create unique color rendering and cinema look. Clear Mist 1/4 has stronger diffusing effect than 1/8 version, which can be useful when light sources are far from the frame and/or for aesthetic intentions of course. Clear Mist 1/8 has a more subtle diffusing effect but both are the best to shoot like cinema style. A Black Mist filter version is also available with the same effect and lowering general contrast.
